Best cookie recipe you have ever tasted?

it seems like all the recipes i get off the internet turn out dry and bland. does anyone have a really good family cookie recipe?Best cookie recipe you have ever tasted?
my moms recipe is actually called ';the worlds best cookie recipe'; and i swear, it is! ill go find it, then add it to my answer for you








3/4 cup granulated sugar


1 cup brown sugar


1 cup butter


1 Tbs, vanillla extract


2 eggs, slighlty beaten


3 cups all purpose flour


3/4 tsp. baking soda


3/4 tsp. salt


3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips





preheat oven to 350'


in a large bowl, combine the white and beown sugars. add butter, and mix with the sugar add vanilla and eggs, mixing well.


in a seperate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda and salt together, add to the other mixture; mix well, the dough will be stiff. add the chocolate chips, and 1cup nuts, if desired.


grease cooking sheets. using a small ice cream scoop, drop dough onto the cookie sheets. bake 10- 12 minutes. eat with a cup of milk, and enjoy.

These are great kids and adults love them not to mention they are very easy to make.


No Bake Chocolate Cookies


2 cups sugar


1/2 cup milk


1 stick of butter or margarine


4 tbsp. cocoa


1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter


3 cups quick cooking oats


1 tsp. vanilla





Boil sugar,milk,margarine and cocoa for 1 1/2 minutes. Start timing after mixture reaches a full rolling boil. Remove from heat;add peanut butter,oats,vanilla. Mix until well blended,then drop on waxed paper by teaspoonfuls. Let them completely cool to harden. Best of Luck.



Hope this helps dude...try Choclate Ripple Cake..use Arnotts chocolate ripple biscuits, Whip a thick cream, while whipping, add sugar ( to taste) vanilla essence..Lay your biscuits on a 3 inch deep trays, but before laying it, spread the whipped cream on the bottom of the pan then lay your cookies ( it's up to you on what arrangements you like ) then after 1 layer glaze it again with cream and so on...and the final touch is springkle the top layer cream glazing with choco powder or any sprinkles you prefer..cover it with, put it in the fridge or chiller and let it stand for 5 hrs..and thats it..well goodluck and happy eating! cheers...
