What is the best and easiest recipe for fake blood?

Hey! Me and my family are professional ';home haunters'; and here is our recipe....Usually we use this recipe when people have to make it look like it pouring from their mouths.... =)

Recipe:

1 Bottle of Clear Karo Syrup (Corn Syrup)

Make sure it is room temperature...

Put the whole bottle of corn syrup in a big bowl...

3 Big squirts of red food coloring...

(Not drips or drops...squirts, like squeeze the bottle into the bowl three times)

A few drops of yellow food coloring....

1 squirt Blue food coloring....or green if you prefer....

And lastly....actors to use it on ;-)

(Make sure it is ROOM TEMPERATURE...I can't stress that enough)What is the best and easiest recipe for fake blood?
I would say it depends on what your proposed use is for the blood which type you should make. Several are listed at source. I have used just Karo syrup and few drops red %26amp; green food coloring for easiest one. Here is an easy one.

Gore Blood

2/3 cup Oriental 'Cherry' Dipping Sauce

1/3 cup Water

1/2 Teaspoon Red Food Coloring

2 or 3 Drops Green Food Coloring

Mix the Cherry dipping sauce with water, thoroughly enough to thin down the sauce into a gooey consistancy. Add food coloring. Stir again, and let the sauce sit, preferably in a fridge. When needed, take it out and spoon it onto areas where 'gore' effect blood is needed. The blood will drip in glops %26amp; globs, but doesn't puddle out like watery blood does. What is the best and easiest recipe for fake blood?
