FANTASY CHEESECAKE





CRUST:


1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs


1/3 c. melted butter


1/4 c. sugar


1/2 c. chopped honey roasted peanuts


Combine ingredients in a bowl and press on bottom and side of a 9 inch springform pan. Set aside.





CHEESECAKE:


3 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese


2 tsp. vanilla


1 c. sugar


3 eggs


1 c. sour cream


12 oz. chocolate morsels


1 c. chopped peanuts


3 oz. chocolate baking bar


1/2 pkg. caramel candies





Beat cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in sour cream, fold in 6 ounces chocolate morsels. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 60 to 70 minutes or until center is set. Turn off oven, leave door slightly open and cool for 1 hour in the oven. Chill for 4 hours. Remove side from pan, top with remaining chocolate morsels and peanuts. Melt caramel candy and chocolate baking bar over low heat, with 1/3 cup water. When melted, dribble candy and chocolate mixture over cheese cake with a spoon.

Four Layer Dessert


First layer:


1 1/2 c. all purpose flour


1 1/2 sticks butter, softened


1 cup chopped pecans.


combine and bake in a 13 x 9 pan for 20-30 minutes, but do not brown. Cool completely before adding next layer.





Second Layer:


2 cups cool whip


8 oz. cream cheese, softened


1 cup confectioner's sugar


Mix and spread over first layer





Third Layer:


2 small boxes instant pudding, any flavor, I have used lemon and I have used chocolate, both are good


3 cups milk


Mix well and put over 2nd layer. Set in fridge for 30 minutes





Fourth layer:


Spread an 8 oz. container of cool whip on top and chill it for several hours.What is the best dessert recipe?
Milk Chocolate-Malt Brownies


A luscious chocolate dessert with just a hint of malted milk flavor, everything you love about a chocolate shake in a brownie.





1 package (11.5 ounces) milk chocolate chips


1/2 cup butter or margarine


3/4 cup sugar


1 teaspoon vanilla


3 eggs


1 3/4 cups Gold Medal庐 all-purpose flour


1/2 cup instant malted milk powder


1/2 teaspoon baking powder


1/4 teaspoon salt


1 cup malted milk balls, coarsely chopped








1. Heat oven to 350潞F. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.


2. Melt milk chocolate and butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat. Cool slightly. Mix in sugar, vanilla and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except malted milk balls.


3. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle with malted milk balls.


4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool. For 48 brownies, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows.
Raspberry dessert





1 cup flour


1/2 cup soft butter


1/4 cup brown sugar


3/4 cup nuts





Make a crust and pat into a 13X9X2 pan and bake 15 minutes at 350.


cool thoroughly





Dissolve 2 pkg. raspberry jello in 2 cups boiling water


stir in 2 pkg. frozen raspberries and pour over the crust


Refrigerate


Top with cool whip when set.
Crustless Apple Meringue Pie


INGREDIENTS:





* 5 tart apples - peeled, cored and sliced


* 1 teaspoon lemon juice


* 1 cup all-purpose flour


* 3/4 cup white sugar


* 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


* 1/4 cup raisins


* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts


* 3 egg yolks


* 1 1/4 cups milk


* 3 egg whites


* 3 tablespoons white sugar





DIRECTIONS:





1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking pan.


2. In a medium bowl, combine apples with lemon juice; use enough juice to cover all apple pieces. In a separate bowl, mix together flour,3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Divide flour mixture into four parts.


3. Place 1/4 of apples onto the buttered baking pan, sprinkle some raisins and walnuts on top, then add 1/4 of the flour mixture. Repeat this step until all flour mixture is used. In a medium bowl, beat yolks with milk and pour evenly over apples. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.


4. To Make Meringue: In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add 3 tablespoons sugar, continuing to beat until whites form stiff peaks. Spread meringue over pie, covering completely. Put pie back in oven for a 6 or 7 minutes, or until meringue is slightly golden. Can be served warm or cold.
Warm chocolate dip with strawberry
5 min microwave walnut chocolate cake
No bake delicious ice-box cake.


You need graham crackers, cream, condensed milk, ripe mango.


In a pan/container or whatever put layers of graham crakers, cream, condensed milk and strips of ripe mango. Then again put another layer until you reach desired thickness. On top put cream and mango strips... you can spell out the mango strips as a message like Happy Birthday.


Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
warm chocolate cake with hot fudge and vanilla ice cream... yummmmm :)
the best dessert is the one you bite when you are in love in that minutes.
