The baked oatmeal at the Hershey Inn in Hershey PA. I was in Hershey for a work project for about 3 weeks and I couldn't get enough of it.
Waffle House and Omelette Shop make omelettes with meat, cheese, and vegetables. Add a side dish of hash browns covered and smothered in cheese and onions. It may not be on the menu but ask if they have them.
I have a recipe for a breakfast casserole that is delicious! You line a 13X9 cake pan with bread. you cook 1lb bacon, sausage, and ham and crumble it up in 9 uncooked eggs (when the meat is cool of course). You add in 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Salt and pepper to your liking. Pour egg mixture over the bread and cover and put in the frig overnight. Add another 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top and bake in a 375 degree oven for approx 45-60 mins. Serve or refrig again...this is as good as a leftover as it is when it is first made...and easy to take to potluck for work.
When in Japan I experienced a real tradtional full Japanese formal breakfast, the number of foods and the way you have to mix things together, I was surprised the amount of food in the full serving.

And once in the UK, I had a tradtional English breakfast, sausages, bacon, blood pudding, eggs, beans, grilled tomato, toast and tea, it took almost as long to eat as the Japanese one, but alot more calories??
